Kivusoft Technologies, through its training arm Kivusoft Academy, teamed up with ACNDC, represented by guest speaker Madame Crispine NGENA, to organize a special event to mark International Women's Rights Day. The theme of the day was: "Femme, comment s'investir dans le numérique pour un Congo paritaire?"

This event brought together 21 women and 7 men, creating a space for exchange and sharing around the crucial role of women in digital development in the Democratic Republic of Congo. After Madame NGENA's speech, participants were able to exchange experiences and formulate suggestions. Of particular interest was training in the lucrative use of social networks and how to become an independent woman through technology.

The event was marked by strong interaction and visible enthusiasm on the part of the participants.  The sharing of lunch helped to strengthen ties and create a support network between the women present.

This initiative by Kivusoft Academy and ACNDC demonstrates the importance of encouraging the participation of women in the digital sector. By providing them with the necessary tools and knowledge, we are paving the way for a more equal and prosperous Congo.
